• Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage up to 20 inches and 15 kg. Any additional luggage will incur an extra charge.
• This is a shared one-way transfer service between Chiang Mai and Mae Kampong. Please ensure you select the correct travel direction and departure time when booking.
• The transfer takes approximately 1.5 hours. Departure times may be subject to change by up to one hour due to weather or traffic conditions.
• Please note that hotel pickup is not included. All travelers are required to make their own way to the designated meeting point.
• In the rare event that we must cancel the transfer, you will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
